MoveOut / MoveIn /Turnover Cleaning
Move-Out/Move-In Cleaning is a full turnover clean designed for empty homes. It prepares the property for new residents or buyers. Includes everything in a deep clean plus inside appliances, cabinets, and closets.

Note: Our service covers standard window height. Higher windows may require an additional charge.
Here's What We'll Do.
1. Hallways, Entryways & Stairs
- ✓ Remove cobwebs from ceiling corners.
- ✓ Dust/wipe light fixtures.
- ✓ Wipe doors, frames, knobs, and switch plates.
- ✓ Dust stair railings, banisters, and spindles.
- ✓ Wipe baseboards.
- ✓ Clean windows and sills.
- ✓ Vacuum and mop floors and stairs.
2. Kitchen
- ✓ Clean stovetop, burners, knobs, and hood.
- ✓ Wipe all cabinet doors and handles.
- ✓ Clean inside cabinets and drawers.
- ✓ Wipe and sanitize countertops and backsplash.
- ✓ Scrub sink and faucet.
- ✓ Clean microwave inside & outside.
- ✓ Wipe exterior of fridge, oven, and dishwasher.
- ✓ Clean windows and sills.
- ✓ Clean inside fridge and oven.
- ✓ Clean behind and under fridge/oven when accessible and safe to move.
- ✓ Mop kitchen floor, scrubbing edges and grout.
3. Bathrooms
- ✓ Scrub shower/tub walls, grout, and fixtures.
- ✓ Clean glass shower doors.
- ✓ Sanitize toilet (bowl, tank, seat, base, and behind).
- ✓ Clean sinks and faucets.
- ✓ Wipe mirrors streak-free.
- ✓ Wipe vanities, cabinet fronts, and handles.
- ✓ Clean inside bathroom cabinets and drawers.

- ✓ Empty and sanitize trash can.

4. Bedrooms

5. Living Rooms

6. Dining Rooms
